Spaghetti Bolognese

Sorry guys..Has been a while not updating any recipes and news in both blogs*nobody will noticed it lah.hihi*
actually,i'm quite busy with all the stuff,meeting,liqa' and still adapting myself to the new schedule&semester.Time left us so fast aight..errr..ok stop babbling!.Btw, we just had this simplest-quick-and delicious lunch last week*euwww..puji masakan sediri*haha..

  • 3-4 tablespoon oil 
  • 2-3 tbsp chillies paste/blended
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, chopped in dice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g beef mince
  • 4-6tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 fresh tomatoes-diced and crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 2 cups chicken broth/stock
  • 2-3 tsp honey@sugar
  • salts and pepper
  • 400g spaghetti
  • Grated  mozarella cheese-to serve
Method :
  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute in onion and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened.Add chillies paste and stir until it becomes dark red. Add mince until browned.
  2. Add carrots,tomatoes,oregano, and chicken broth. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until thick. Season with salt,sugar@honey and pepper.
    *add water as you like*.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling with drops of oil, following packet directions, until tender. Drain.
  4. Divide pasta among serving bowls. Spoon over sauce. Serve topped with cheese and meatballs.

alhamdulillah,dah lame tak buat bolognese ni.naseb baik skill masak italian foods tak ilang.hahaha..blog lagi satu dah open,usha la nnt :D hihi
