Creamy Fettucini Carbonara

ni menu 3 hari yang lepas,takde maso den nak update la sekarang ni ha..this is the most simplest,easiest way to make ur stomach full for the whole day,makan setengah pinggan pon dah kenyang sampai ke esok pagi nye.hehe.btw,this is my 1st trial and its turn to a wonderful taste :p oke takmo bebel2,mari kite nengok recipe nye :)




·         2 teaspoons cooking oil
·         2-3 sliced chicken breast
·         3 garlic cloves, crushed
·         2 eggs  - whisk
·         1 cup milk 
·         1 can of mushroom
·         1/2 cup mozarella cheese, finely grated
·         Freshly ground pepper  / black pepper

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti until just al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
  2. In a large, deep skillet, heat the oil. Add the garlic and cook until golden for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushroom and whisked egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the spaghetti to the skillet. Cook over low heat, tossing, until coated. Toss until coated with a creamy sauce, about 1 minute. Add the 1 cup of Parmesan
  5. Transfer to bowls and serve, sprinkle on extra cheese on top.

ape lagi,bole la korang buat.simple bebeno nak buat carbonara ni.ehehehe~
