Supermoist Eggless Banana Cake

Most recommended recipe!kurang kolestrol yang penting nya dan saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaangat mudah.Gebus dan lembut dan moistt.Dalam 10 mins dah boleh siap the batter and u can bake it for another 30 mins.See, how easy is it.teheeeeeee~i only blog up the easiest recipe for my reference in future :') Dua kali dah buat using this recipe.For the first time, i add some desiccated coconut + choc chips and i love the texture so much!But Gee cant go with any desiccated coconut desserts,Tapi masuk jugak mulut,ulang byk kali.hahah.So, 2nd time i baked it ,i just omit the desiccated coconuts.For this time i just pour lil bit of choc chips,cant used lot of it cz its brought from Msia by Aisyah.Sayang woooo.hehe.

Supermoist Eggless Banana Cake

1 and 1/4 C  plain flour
1/4 C  corn flour
1 tsp  baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 C  mashed banana
1/2 C  oil/melted butter
1 TB  vinegar
1/2  C  sugar
1/4 C milk
dessicated/choc chips-i add

METHOD
  1. Preheat oven @ 180 C.  Grease 7 in  cake pan.
  2. Sift plain flour and corn flour  with baking soda, add sugar and salt
  3. Combine banana, butter, milk and vinegar.
  4. Add banana mixture to the flour, stir until just moistened. Add in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour onto prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  6. Transfer cake after 10 minutes onto rack to cool.



try it.u will not frustrated with the outcomes :)

choc chips and kelapa kering tu letak je ikut suke angah.hihi.tp jgn la byk sgt.agk2 la :)
